Creating a positive learning environment

At Paraparaumu College we pride ourselves on knowing, understanding and catering for the needs of all our learners. Our pastoral spaces and staff include a supported learning area, a learning support room, counsellors, deans, tūhono teachers, teachers, support staff and a senior leadership team who are all dedicated to the well-being and hauora of our ākonga. As a school we value academic success, but also know that by providing an enjoyable, safe and positive learning environment we can help develop well-rounded young people who are able to be positive role models for future generations.
